1. Registration & Payment

• Course registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Learners are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
• Once payment is completed, the learner is considered registered for the selected course or batch.
• Course access, batch details, and other relevant information will be provided through the registered contact details.

2. No Cancellation or Refund

• No cancellation or refund will be permitted under any circumstances after registration/payment.
• Once a learner completes the payment, the payment is considered final and non-refundable.
• Refund requests due to personal reasons, change of plans, non-attendance, or inability to participate will not be accepted.

3. Batch Transfer

• A registered learner may request a one-time batch transfer to another available batch.
• The transfer may be requested for the same month or a different month, subject to batch availability.
• Batch transfer is not guaranteed and will be provided only when a suitable batch is available.
• Only one batch transfer is permitted per registration.
• Any further batch transfer requests will not be considered.

4. Course Participation

• Learners are expected to attend the sessions according to the schedule communicated by Takkunu Hindi.
• Course materials, session links, and other learning resources are intended only for the registered learner.
• Sharing course materials, recordings, links, or login/access details with others is not permitted without prior permission.

5. Changes to Course or Batch

Takkunu Hindi reserves the right to modify session schedules, batch timings, instructors, course content, or other course-related details when necessary. Learners will be informed of significant changes through the registered contact details.
