1. No Refund Policy

All course registrations and payments are final and non-refundable.

No refund or cancellation will be permitted under any circumstances after registration/payment, including but not limited to:

• Change of personal plans
• Change of mind
• Non-attendance
• Inability to attend the selected batch
• Personal or scheduling conflicts
• Failure to attend sessions after registration

2. No Cancellation

Once the registration/payment has been successfully completed, the registration cannot be cancelled.

3. One-Time Batch Transfer

Instead of a refund, a registered learner may request a one-time transfer to another batch, subject to availability.

• Transfer can be requested to a batch in the same month or a different month.
• The requested batch must have availability.
• Only one batch transfer is permitted per registration.
• Once the batch transfer is completed, no further transfer requests will be accepted.
• Batch transfer does not constitute a refund or cancellation.

4. Payment Issues

If an amount has been deducted from your bank account but the registration/payment status is not confirmed, please contact us with your transaction details so that the payment status can be verified.
